The owner and the person in charge of processing the data provided by the user is Fondazione Politecnico di Milano, whose headquarters are located in Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, 32 - 20133, Milano.

 

The data disclosed in the registration and contact forms  will be recorded on a protected paper and/or digital archives and will be processed by the Fondazione Politecnico di Milano in full compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 30 2003 (Code for the protection of personal data / Privacy Code) relating to the protection of personal data (published in Official Gazette no. 174 dated 29-7-2003, Supplement Order No. 123 in force since 1-1-2004). According to the indicated law, the processing of such data will be handled correctly, lawfully and transparently to protect privacy and the rights of the holder of such data. 

 

In accordance with Article no. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Fondazione Politecnico di Milano informs that:
•    it will process the information and personal data using manual, electronic and data transmission tools;
•    the data provided will be processed to allow the user to access the services upon registration and to inform the user about the services and initiatives of Fondazione Politecnico di Milano and its partner Micron Technology, Inc.;
•    the data provided will NOT be transmitted or disclosed to third parties without the data holder's explicit consent;
•    the transfer of personal data is optional. However, refusal to provide such data at the time of registration could prevent you from using the services provided upon registration.

The user can exercise, at any moment, all the rights provided by Article no. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. In particular, the user can consult the data contained in the archive and have it modified, integrated or deleted.

The user authorizes Fondazione Politecnico di Milano to process their personal data.
